Private Livery Charges – Rs.20, 000/-per month for Warm Blood Horses
-Rs.19, 000/- per month for Thoroughbred Horses
Which is inclusive of:
a)Stabling
b)Bedding (limited*)
c)Groom (Will be allocated at the discretion of the management depending on availability)
d)Calcium
e)Linseed (3 times per week as per availability)
2.The charges do not include
a. Medical
b. Shoeing
c. Feed/ Grass
d. Equipment
e. Supplements and Salt licks
f. Exercise session.
g. above is chargeable on actual as per usage and along with applicable taxes.
Bedding:
120 Kgs per month of wood chips per horse.
50 Kgs of Bichalli per month.
3. In case the clientgets their own Groom/Syce,Rs.4000/-will be deducted from the basic livery rate. If required, basic accommodation can be provided(Depending on availability) for the grooms and we charge Rs.3500/- per room p/m. (Maximum of 3 grooms can be accommodated in one room)
4. Clients who require ceiling fans in the stables for their horses are requested to pay Rs.2500/- as initial set up cost and thereafter pay Rs.500/- per month towards electricity charges. (The fan will be functional only during the hottest hours of the day)
5.Private livery owners must produce a valid negative Coggins and Glanders certificate before their horses enters the EIRS yard.
6. The Yard timings are 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6 PM.
7. Usage of EIRS saddle (Depending on availability and at the discretion of the Management) will be charged per session. (Normal Saddle @ Rs.350/- and Imported Saddle at Rs.500/-)
8. Solarium will be charges at Rs.350/- for 20 Minutes session.
9. Schooling of the horse can be done by the instructor and will be charged the same as a private lesson rate.
10.A client can use any arena, provided NO Lessons are booked in that Arena.( In case a client wants to use the International arena, advance payment will need to be done )
11. Livery clients will need to mandatorily take up the Annual Membership of the Riding School.
12. The privately-owned horse in livery could be exercised by the riding boys.
13.Please note that Private Livery charges will be revised on every Financial year ending.
14.Please note the charges for usage of International Jumping Arena.
One day usage charges– Rs.350/- per horse per hour.
